Partners in Advocacy (Edinburgh Office)

Partners in Advocacy provide independent advocacy in the following areas:

Edinburgh

  • Children and Young People aged 5-18 who need support with an upcoming Children’s Hearings
  • Individual, instructed and non-instructed advocacy for adults (16+) with:
    • Learning disabilities
    • Autism
    • Dementia
    • Physical disabilities
    • Sensory impairment
  • Older people, aged 65 or over who have no one else to support them

Midlothian

  • Individual, instructed and non-instructed advocacy for adults (16+) with a learning disability

East Lothian

  • Individual, instructed, non-instructed, and collective advocacy for adults (16+) with a learning disability and people with autism

They also have offices in Glasgow & Dundee, and provide independent advocacy in the Highland Council Area.
