Partners in Advocacy (PiA) provide independent advocacy in Edinburgh to adults, aged 16+, in the following groups:

  • learning disability
  • autism
  • physical disability
  • brain injury
  • dementia
  • older people, aged 65+, who have nobody else to speak on their behalf

Partners in Advocacy provide one-to-one and collective independent advocacy in East Lothian to adults, aged 16+, with a learning disability.

Partners in Advocacy provide one-to-one independent advocacy in Midlothian to adults, aged 16+, with a learning disability.

Partners in Advocacy provide the nationwide My Rights, My Say project, which provides independent advocacy to children and young people, aged 12 to 15, with additional support needs in education.

Partners in Advocacy provide independent advocacy to children and young people, aged 5 to 18, going through the Children’s Hearing System. PiA can do this in the following areas:

  • Dundee
  • East & West Dunbartonshire
  • East Renfrewshire
  • Edinburgh
  • Inverclyde
  • South Lanarkshire
