Partners in Advocacy provide independent advocacy (instructed and non-instructed) in Dundee to:

  • Children and Young People aged 0-21 who:
    • need support with communication – particular emphasis on mental health issues;
    • are detained under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act or in the community;
    • live with learning disabilities;
    • struggle with transition issues, isolation;
    • struggle with issues stemming from being a young parent.
  • Children and Young People aged 5-18 who need support with an upcoming Children’s Hearings

They also have offices in Edinburgh & Glasgow, and provide independent advocacy in the Highland Council Area.

Additional info:

Children and young people up to the age of 21 with mental health problems, learning disability, isolation, transition issues, communication issues and young parents.
