Forth Valley Advocacy provide statutory independent advocacy to adults aged 16+ who are affected by:
- Mental Health Act (Scotland) 2015, including people who are subject to compulsory measures
- Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000
- Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2000
Forth Valley Advocacy also provide non-statutory independent advocacy to adults aged 16+ in the following groups:
- Living in care homes, supported accommodation, at home with care at home service
- Attending or Receiving day support or any support services from the Health and Social Care Partnership
- In transition:
- From home to a care home or supported accommodation
- Back home, care home, supported accommodation following a hospital discharge
- Young people transitioning to adult services
