Public Contracts Scotland has published a PIN (Prior Information Notice) about a future contract to develop a Participation Framework Agreement. SIAA wanted to highlight this to members, particularly those that provide or help support collective advocacy as this may impact how the Scottish Government and others manage participation in the future.
The notice states: “The Scottish Government intends to commission a Framework Agreement to support our commitment to increasing the use of participatory processes and to establish a person-centered approach across government.”
