The Scottish Government’s Digital Health and Care Directorate are working on a new programme, delivered in partnership with the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations, that will focus on digital inclusion in mental health and housing.
The programme aims to develop, test and implement a range of digital inclusion models that enable people to access mental health and housing supports (and wider services) and feel empowered, digitally confident and experience improved wellbeing through the wider opportunities and connections to communities that digital inclusion brings.
The online stakeholder events will bring together people and organisations from across Scotland who are working in or supporting people to access mental health services and supports. During the event they will introduce the new programme, create space for discussion to hear about the participants’ work and experiences that relate to digital inclusion in mental health and where there are areas of greatest need and opportunities that will be important for this programme to focus on.
