Peer chat: Case Management Systems

Peer chat is a new event format: a 45-minute long, informal meeting open to all SIAA members.
Participants will discuss an emergent topic: in this session, it’s the good, the bad, and the ugly of case management systems.
The goal is to consider the current state in your organisation and see what else is possible, drawing on knowledge and experiences of the colleagues across the sector.
We will discuss the following questions:
– What system do you use at the moment?
– What do you like about your current system?
– What are you missing from your current system?
– What was (is) the impulse to change?
– What were (are) barriers to change?
The session will be held on Zoom.
