Forth Valley Advocacy

Forth Valley Advocacy provide individual issue-based independent advocacy to adults aged 16+ residing in the Forth Valley Area, including those residing in HMP Glenochil, HMP Stirling, and HMP Polmont.

They provide non-instructed independent advocacy to adults.

Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2000

Forth Valley Advocacy also provide non-statutory independent advocacy to adults aged 16+ in the following groups:

Living in care homes, supported accommodation, at home with care at home service
Attending or Receiving day support or any support services from the Health and Social Care Partnership
In transition:
From home to a care home or supported accommodation
Back home, care home, supported accommodation following a hospital discharge
Young people transitioning to adult services
