SIAA Response – Health, Social Care and Sport Committee on National Care Service (Scotland) Bill

SIAA’s response to the Scottish Parliament’s Health, Social Care and Sport Committee to inform their scrutiny of the National Care Service (Scotland) Bill. Section 13 of the Bill gives Scottish Ministers powers to make provision via secondary legislation for independent advocacy services in connection with services provided by the National Care Service.
