Who Cares? Scotland provide individual issue-based and collective independent advocacy to Care Experienced children and young people and care leavers up to the age of 26 residing in most local authority areas in Scotland.

Their work includes in-person individual independent advocacy support in Shetland for children and young people up to the age of 26. For Care Experienced people over 26, they provide an advocacy helpline, available between 12PM – 4PM under 0330 107 7540.

They provide independent advocacy to children and young people going through children’s hearings, and those involved with social work.

They provide non-instructed advocacy to children and young people.

They specialise in the following areas: Care Experience, Children’s Hearings, Looked After Children, Child Protection, Additional Support Needs, Collective Advocacy.
