People First Scotland is a Disabled Persons User Led Organisation (DPULO) led by citizens with a learning disability and use collective advocacy to effect real change.
They run the following collective advocacy groups for their members:
- Parents group for parents with learning disabilities (Edinburgh)
- The Law and Human Rights group (Edinburgh)
- SOLD (Supporting Offenders with Learning Disabilities) User Group
People First provide individual advocacy for parents.
They also run local peer support groups throughout Scotland.
