They prioritise supporting individuals with a right to access independent advocacy the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003; adults subject to the guardianship process under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000; adults subject to measures under the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007.
