Being a leader in an independent advocacy organisation can be incredibly rewarding, but it comes with its own set of challenges. Whether you’re facing issues with hybrid working, feeling overwhelmed by never-ending referrals, or navigating many stakeholders in a tricky funding landscape, you’re not alone!
That’s why we’re excited to invite you to join our Peer Support for Advocacy Leaders! This group, replacing previous peer supports for managers, offers a safe and confidential space for anyone in a leadership role in independent advocacy organisation, to share experiences and learn from each other.
This is a recurring session that takes place every 6 weeks on Zoom, and is facilitated by Joette Thomas. In October we’ll discuss all things governance: the Board, the Trustees, the policies.
