Outcomes Framework: Where do I start?

The Outcomes Framework is officially launched!
This session is intended for organisations that are beginners when it comes to outcomes and want to find out where (and how) to start. Together, we will go through the entire Toolkit, providing extra explanations where needed and allowing plenty of time for questions to understand where the gaps are and what further support is required.
During the session, a member of the working group that co-developed the Outcomes Framework will speak about their involvement and own experiences with outcomes. We will also discuss SIAA’s plans for creating a national dataset for independent advocacy in Scotland and what it means for you – SIAA member organisations.
We are holding a second event in the afternoon, which is intended for Members who are more advanced on their outcomes journey.
Some members elected to join both sessions. In such case, we encourage you to use the time in between sessions to consider how the Outcome Framework aligns with your existing data collection/reporting activities. This ensures you will get the most out of both sessions!
