DESCRIPTION:As part of SIAA’s work on the LGBT Charter for Organisations we have been considering the current provision of independent advocacy for LGBTQ+ people and communities in Scotland. This SIAA Roundtable discussion for SIAA member organisations will be an opportunity to explore this further as well as look at other aspects of LGBTQ+ inclusion. \nSIAA will begin the roundtable by introducing our work on the LGBT Charter.
