Anyone can use Independent Advocacy, but many Independent Advocacy organisations specialise, so check details on our Advocacy map first before you contact them. 

The right to independent advocacy for those with mental disorders (including learning difficulties) or who are at risk and in need of support is enshrined in Scottish Legislation.
