Referral Criteria:

Children and young people who are 'looked after' by the Local Authority and those in receipt of mental health services.

We accept Self Referrals or Referrals from social workers, health workers or other concerned agencies, friends and relations.

Children and Young Peoples Advocacy, Vulnerable adults; parents with children in the care system with special educational needs; carers or those in need of additional support when dealing with homelessness, official notices or action; children and young people who are looked after and those in receipt of mental health services.
