- Training for Independent Advocates who work with older people and have some knowledge of elder abuse
- The training will cover relevant legislation and elder abuse advocacy dilemmas
- An introduction to the new Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007, will also be provided
- The training lasts a whole day, is free of charge and includes group activities
