- Training for Independent Advocates who have little or no knowledge of elder abuse or who feel they need a refresher
- It would also be of interest to other staff and volunteers of advocacy organizations, as well as management committee members
- The training will cover the different types of abuse, indicators of abuse, and reasons for non-disclosure
- It lasts a whole day, is free of charge and includes group activities
